Your first treatment
The technician treats inside and around the outside of the property, and tells you what they found. From a call to the first treatment is about 2 hours. The $150 initial cost is this first service.
Stay on a plan from $39 a month
Regular visits run across the year. Plans are $39 a month quarterly, $49 a month bi-monthly or $79 a month monthly. Each adds a $150 initial cost.
Callbacks between visits
Visits come every three months, every two months or every month, depending on the plan. Between visits, callbacks are free on the bi-monthly plan, as many times as needed. They are unlimited on the monthly plan.
