Referral program terms
Referral rewards are available for new Summit Pest Control customers who enroll in an eligible 12-month recurring service plan and successfully complete payment for their first two months of service. Referral information should be submitted before or at the time the new customer signs up. Rewards are issued after eligibility is confirmed.
