Pest control pricing in Sacramento
Plan prices for homes in Sacramento, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Natomas, Roseville, Rocklin and Carmichael, as of the 13 September 2026 price sheet. Commercial sites are priced per site.
Residential protection plans
The three plans differ by how often a technician comes out. Visits are every three months, every two months or every month.
Prices shown are the plan rates on a 12-month agreement, plus a $150 initial cost. Call (916) 818-3863 or contact us for a free quote. A technician will confirm the right plan for your property.
What every plan includes
Every plan runs on a 12-month agreement with a $150 initial cost, and the price is shown up front. On the bi-monthly plan, callbacks between services are free. Rodent exclusion is quoted separately after an inspection, so you get the number before any work starts. We also offer financing through a variety of different lenders.
How the numbers work over a year
The plans are priced by how often a technician comes out. Quarterly is every three months. It is four visits across the 12-month agreement.
Bi-monthly is every two months, six visits. Monthly is twelve. All three are billed monthly, and the $150 initial cost is the first service, the visit that starts the plan, whichever frequency you choose.
Our prices are affordable, not the cheapest. We have three technicians working across Sacramento, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Natomas, Roseville, Rocklin and Carmichael. Our guide to Sacramento pest control costs sets out what each plan card includes.
Choosing a frequency
Here is what each plan sheet lists. Quarterly covers general pests and the exterior perimeter, rats and mice, and wasps, spiders, ants and roaches. It also has a mosquito barrier and a seasonal barrier inspection every 90 days.
Bi-monthly is the one marked most popular and the first plan with free callbacks between services, as many as needed; it adds rodent bait station maintenance and interior and exterior sweeps.
Monthly adds garden pests, unlimited free callbacks and a monthly report from the technician.
If you want someone back between visits for free, start the comparison at bi-monthly, because the quarterly sheet does not list callbacks.
What the plans leave out, and where it goes instead
Each plan card, from $39 to $79 a month, carries the same exclusions line. Bed bug treatment is its own job, quoted after an inspection because the cost depends on how many rooms are affected; the bed bug treatment in Sacramento page has the detail.
Roof rat infestations sit outside the plans too, and a rodent inspection finds out what is in the attic before anything is priced. For German cockroaches or a heavy flea problem, call the office and describe what you are seeing before you pick a plan.
We do not do termite work, bird control, wildlife removal or fumigation.
Rodent exclusion and commercial sites
Rodent exclusion is one-off work. It is quoted after an inspection and starts at $500. The price is set by how much of the house is open.
Our range for exclusion work is $500 to $20,000. Commercial sites are priced per site after a walk through the building. So the plan rates on this page are residential.
Which services run under a plan
Wasps, spiders, ants and roaches are named on every plan sheet, along with rats and mice. So ant control, spider control, cockroach control and wasp and hornet removal are all plan work.
Mosquito control is written into each plan as well, and German cockroaches stay on the exclusions line.
What a visit involves
Photos from our own jobs show what a visit looks like: technicians use backpack sprayers along a stucco foundation, a planting bed, a rear fence line and the edge of a lawn. They use extension poles to clear webbing from eaves and a patio cover, and they work up in attics beside the ductwork.
What customers say about the price
Jennifer Angeles wrote on Google that the techs “always ensures they cover the whole house inside and out. Also very affordable.”
Mindy Rouillard’s review describes booking a one time treatment and adds that she “will probably sign a contract with them soon.” We are rated 4.9 from 132 Google reviews.
